I have had the misfortune of having two or three problems in the past that have required help from companies like yours. I can state unequivocally that you are the finest representative that I have dealt with during these experiences. Your clean, presentable, professional appearance and demeanor immediately gave me confidence that you lengthy background in the construction industry and a glimpse into your personal life added to my confidence in your abilities. The insurer of our home Fireman’s Fund, obviously also has confidence and trust in you by utilizing your firm as their major contractor in this area. I am now retired, but in my career I have met, dealt with and interviewed many hundreds of people, so I feel I am a pretty good judge of character. Dear Mr. Paglia, My wife and I recently experienced a minor disaster: our refrigerator leaked, destroying our kitchen floors and damaging our garage ceiling and part of the walls. After interviewing others I decided to hire Protech Construction, Mr. Vince Paglia was the representative from their company, whom also took charge and did a superb job. He and his crew of professionals were always made available to me and addressed my concerns promptly and accurate. Vince conducted himself so professional and courteous. It was a pleasure dealing with some one who cares. My residence is beautiful all the floor coverings, walls and my contents look excellent. Dear Mr. Paglia, I want to acknowledge the great service my wife and I received from the Project Manager and all the workers he has organized for our restoration. We experienced a fire in our attached garage on June 23. This fire destroyed or damaged most of our contents and of the garage including our two cars, garage door, hot water heater and furnace. All the drywall had to be replaced. The Project Manger has been responsive and on the spot with the right services just as we needed them. This included putting in a temporary electric water heater so we could live in our home during the repairs. Early in the process I would think about something I needed to tell him and either he would show up moments later at our door or would be on the telephone about the next level of work he was arranging. All the work has been done professionally, courteously and to our satisfaction. Going through a fire as we did taught us how valuable having a good insurance company that work with good people is to have on our side. Allstate with all their people literally descended on our home and brought us out of a difficult situation. Thank you for your help in getting our home back in order and our lives back on track.
